Join the Barony of Tarnmist as the heavy tournament field determines our new Lord or Lady Protector! Demonstrate your prowess upon the field to honor your Lord or Lady as the next Lady or Lord of Love and Beauty. This year is an open year, so anyone can fight for the honor. Attendance is mandatory for a couple of local events, including Court of Love, which is an event honoring and celebrating your consort. If you have any questions, please email the event steward.
But that’s not all! For those thirsting for knowledge, we will have artisans teaching classes or holding demos. All artisans are welcome to teach or demo, this is not limited to those living with Tarnmist only.
Tournament will be a standard double elimination, with each round best of 3, with the finals being best of 5. Tournament format will depend on the number of fighters who participate.
After fighting, stay for the BBQ. Tarnmist will be providing the meat, please bring a side to share.

From the North: Take 101 South to San Luis Obispo. Take Exit 203B for CA-1 N/Morro Bay, Continue onto Montalban Street. Turn right at Oak Street. The park is on the right.
From the South: Take 101 North to San Luis Obispo. Take Exit 203B for CA-1 toward Morro Bay/Hearst Castle. Merge onto CA-1 N/Torro Street. Turn right onto Santa Rosa Street. Turn right at Oak Street. The park will be on the left.
